ANALISIS PENGARUH UKURAN TUBING TERHADAP PERFORMA PRODUKSI SUMUR HORIZONTAL DDV DENGAN SIMULASI PIPESIM

Ukuran tubing memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan efisiensi sistem produksi minyak dan gas, terutama pada sumur horizontal yang memiliki distribusi tekanan dan aliran fluida lebih kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variasi ukuran tubing terhadap laju produksi dan tekanan dasar sumur pada sumur horizontal DDV menggunakan simulasi steady-state dengan perangkat lunak Schlumberger PIPESIM. Data reservoir menunjukkan tekanan 1163 psia, Productivity Index (PI) sebesar 1.17 STB/d·psi, dan tekanan kepala sumur 307 psia. Simulasi dilakukan untuk tujuh variasi diameter tubing (1.0–4.0 in) dengan parameter fluida dan reservoir dijaga konstan. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan diameter tubing menurunkan rugi tekanan dan bottom-hole pressure (BHP), sehingga meningkatkan laju produksi hingga 22,6%. Namun, diameter di atas 3.0 in tidak memberikan peningkatan signifikan, menandakan tercapainya kondisi optimum aliran. Berdasarkan hasil Nodal Analysis dan hubungan Inflow Performance Relationship (IPR), ukuran tubing 3.0 in direkomendasikan sebagai konfigurasi optimum yang memberikan keseimbangan terbaik antara kapasitas aliran, efisiensi tekanan, dan kestabilan sistem produksi.
